Our Journey
Hastin International School's journey began in November 2009 with the establishment of Hastin Kindergarten, accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education, at 55/22 Pornpraphamit Road (commonly known as Siam Country Club Soi) in Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi. True to the meaning of "Kindergarten" - a children's garden - the school was thoughtfully designed with lush gardens and trees creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. This natural, green environment not only provided a beautiful setting but also enhanced students' creativity and learning experiences. The school developed its curriculum by uniquely blending international educational approaches with Eastern-style nurturing care, quickly gaining recognition and trust from parents and students.
In 2016, responding to growing demand from parents seeking quality-focused education, the school expanded to include primary education and relocated to a spacious 5-rai campus at 16/5 Pong, Banglamung, Chonburi. At this time, it was renamed "Hastin School."
Committed to achieving international standards of excellence, Hastin School conducted comprehensive analyses of core curricula from Thailand, Singapore, England, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Finland. This research led to the development of an innovative educational framework that combined the best elements of these systems with 21st-century learning principles and STEAM methodology, all while adhering to Thai core curriculum requirements. This distinctive approach proved highly successful, attracting both Thai and international families.
A significant milestone was reached in 2022 when Hastin School became fully authorised as an English Program school and pioneered the implementation of The Oxford International Curriculum in Thailand. Through continuous improvement and close collaboration with Oxford University Press, the school achieved remarkable academic success. This was evidenced by awards from Oxford University Press and exceptional results in the Oxford Placement Test for Young Learners, where 87% of students from Grades 4-6 achieved B1 level proficiency.
In recognition of our educational excellence and commitment to international standards, Hastin School has been granted authorisation by the Thai Ministry of Education to establish Hastin International School in 2025. This prestigious accreditation enables us to fully implement The Oxford International Curriculum and expand our educational offerings to serve an increasingly diverse student community.
Looking ahead, Hastin International School will advance to its next phase of 21st-century education. This transition enables full implementation of The Oxford International Curriculum, marking a new chapter in the school's commitment to nurturing future-ready education.
